Management of Services

Vision Quest uses the latest technology to manage the services offered to your residents. This enables us to control service commitments, medications, and all other critical data that relates to their care. The software is easy to use, provides a complete set of management information tools and reports, and is well-supported.

Vision Quest develops customized management reports with two purposes in mind. First, it informs the owner of the operations within the building. Secondly, it acts as a tool which assists management in ensuring efficiency and accountability within the assisted living program. Together, management and ownership will benefit with improved communication and a more profitable business.

Waiver Programs

Vision Quest is experienced in managing a number of waiver programs including Elderly Waiver (EW), Group Residential Housing (GRH), and Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI).

Managing Service Agreements

Vision Quest is experienced in negotiating resident service agreements with county agencies. We excel at detailed documentation of services, which in turn allows us to realize the maximum dollar amount on behalf of the owner for the services provided.

Insurance & State Billing

Vision Quest is experienced in billing a variety of private insurance companies as well as the state for waivered services.
