Vision Quest’s attention to detail and proactive approach to long-term maintenance and improvements will reduce costs while protecting the integrity of your property. Maintenance personnel are required to possess technical skills representing sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of maintenance, as well as good supervisory abilities.

Maintenance Services

Personnel will provide preventative and service maintenance to both common areas and rental units while overseeing the work of any third party vendors.

Creating Competition

In an effort to receive the best value for your dollar, Vision Quest requires a minimum of three bids for all service contracts and vendor tasks.

Maintenance Issues & Capital Improvements

Vision Quest is experienced in managing capital improvement programs. This experience ranges from major rehab programs to yearly on-going capital improvement programs that are owner and/or budget driven.

Upon property takeover, Vision Quest will perform an inspection of the apartment community in order to identify any potential liability problems that may exist. An inspection report will then be presented to the property owner along with recommendations for addressing any items requiring immediate attention, as well as proposed capital improvement items needed to maintain the apartment property.
